In-4 (35.5 x 28.5 cm) of [2] ff., VII-538 pp., [1] f., marbled brown calf, ornate ribbed spine, brown and dark brown title and author labels, gilt bookplate at foot "De Brix", gilt frieze framing the boards, red edges, covers preserved (period binding). First edition limited to 400 copies. Etchings and drawings in and out of text by Paulin CARBONNIER. Binding restored, fine copy. Ex-libris JM on upper flyleaf.
