(qqs errors of foliation without lack: one skips from f. 24 to 35, there are two leaves numbered 121, 137 and 282, and there are no ff. 199 nor 218). Brown calf, ornate ribbed spine, iron with crowned golden dolphin at center of boards, laces (binding entirely rebound with leather boards preserved). Very rare early edition of the Coutumier de Normandie, published 13 years after the "gothic" edition by Guillaume Le Rouillé (1494-1555), then highly regarded by the parliament of Normandy.
