Manuscript. Extract from an old manuscript book where are the names, arms and crys of the noble men of the country of Caux in Normandy together those of the past times. Fait comme l'on crois vers 1400. Mr Candemer d'Angleterre a le livre entier, d'où ce présent extrait a été fait en haste par Mr Malherbe de Caen. sl, sd (19th c.). Very neat handwritten copy in brown ink, 68 pp. long (with 2 loose handwritten table ff. in fine), illustrated with 200 colored painted coats of arms (+ a few left blank). Handwritten note in pencil "fonds Martainville y22". Ex-libris A. Beaucousin. Bookplate JM.
