Rouen, Mégard, 1815. 3 volumes in-8, blond half calf, ornate ribbed spines, red marbled title-pages, combed pages (post. rel. mid-19th c.). 10 engraved maps and plates, 4 folding tables. Contains a section on trade, sea and river fishing, and agricultural and manufacturing industry. An interesting account of the province's situation in these areas at the end of the Empire Wars. A fine copy. Some foxing. Handwritten bookplate to title Labory père. Bookplate JM.
