Belgium - WOUTERS (G.) & GEENS (L). The Civic Guard and its origins. Liège, Bénard, 1905. Broadside (574 x 401 mm), 16 pp. 24 plates. Leaves, in red half cloth publisher's folder with corners, title and illustration on first cover, laces. Beautiful album illustrated with 24 chromolithographs depicting the uniforms of the Belgian Civic Guard from 1830 to 1905. Wouters, "Director General of the Civic Guard and Militia". Minor rubbing and soiling to portfolio, some light foxing. Light scattered foxing. A good copy.
