CARDEILHAC: 2 multi-lobed plates in 950-milliliter silver, multiple filets around the rim, Minerve and EC goldsmith hallmarks with crescent, and Legion of Honor surmounted by a royal crown. Diam. 28.5 cm. Weight : 1093 grs. (some scratches) Nb: This hallmark was used by two silversmiths from the Cardeilhac firm between 1851 and 1904, working at two different addresses (rue du Roule and rue de Rivoli). One was Armand-Edouard Cardeilhac, who succeeded his father, the founder of the company, and the other was Armand-Edouard's son, Ernest Cardeilhac.
