Portico clock in white, grey veined marble and gilt bronze, decorated with foliage and beams, the base adorned with a frieze of cherubs playing, the uprights decorated with caryatids, the dial enamelled "Lenoir" and "Paris", topped by an eagle surrounded by two putti bearing garlands of flowers. Wire movement. Gilded plaster presentation base. Late 18th-early 19th century. (Mechanism to be checked, missing stamp and winding key, small chips and accidents, notably to a putto's garland). Dim.
