Mottling and wormholes, first title page eroded with angular tears, last page browned. Very rare" according to Thiébaud and Mennessier de La Lance. This copy retains the double A leaf, which contains variants or corrections by the author. "One of the fine minds of the province of Normandy (Caen 1607-March 21, 1670), he published various treatises on hunting in Latin verse." Frère. In-4, 40 pp. A few old marginal wet spots, a few freckles. Extremely rare. The author, born in Rouen in 1595, died in 1677, was vicar of Saint Maclou de Rouen. Ex-libris E.
