Rare first edition of this personally inappropriate medical polemic between Jean de Lampérière and David Jouyse, physicians at the Hôtel-Dieu in Rouen, concerning an essay on the plague written by the former and strongly criticized by the latter. David Ferrant's editions are rare in their own right.
