Light foxing and dampening. The third collection is unknown to Ed. Frère. Dominique de La Rochefoucauld-Langeac, cardinal de La Rochefoucauld (1712-1800), archbishop of Albi then Rouen, primate of Normandy, deputy to the Estates General of 1789. He opposed the Revolution and the Constitution, refused to take the constitutional oath, and emigrated in 1792. Stamp (illegible) in black ink on the title of the second collection. Ex-libris J.M.
