Copy of the deluxe edition limited to 180 numbered copies with a red frame on each page; n°5 of the 30 first copies with a triple set of proofs.
Very slight scattered foxing. A very fine copy in a signed binding, with an attractive ORIGINAL AQUARELLE signed and sent to Georges Decaux by Jules Adeline (Rouen 1907) on the title page, entitled "Un aspect disparu de la rue des Capucins (il y a 30 ans!)".
