DE MACHY Pierre Antoine (Attributed to) Paris 1723 - id. ; 1807 "Washerwomen and villagers in Roman ruins". Pen, black and gray ink, brown and gray wash and watercolor. Framed in pen. Glued to sheet in the upper part by two small pieces of adhesive paper (slightly insolated in the sky). Marked lower right with the Alfred Beurdeley collection (Lugt. 421).
